Canneseries invites other series festivals for its 3rd edition

The 3rd edition of the Canneseries festival will end with two episodes of season 4 of “Ten percent”.

Canneseries, one of the few festivals to maintain a physical edition despite the health crisis, will host the other major series festivals for a carte blanche, during its third edition from October 9 to 14.

"Canneseries will be the only series festival this year to be held face-to-face, so we have a special responsibility," said Fleur Pellerin, former Minister of Culture and president of the festival, on Tuesday, mentioning the "painful" context for the cultural sector.

Despite the cancellation of MipCom, to which Canneséries intended to support, this free festival maintains screenings and ceremonies on the Croisette, but many events will be virtual via the Canneséries Live platform.

The series will be put online 24 hours, at the time of their broadcast in Cannes.

Due to sanitary rules, there will be no American guests this year and far fewer foreigners than expected.
