The Heilongjiang Bridge is 19.9 kilometers long and 1284 meters long. It is a two-lane cable-stayed bridge with low towers. The standard is a secondary road. The length is 6.5 kilometers in China and 13.4 kilometers in Russia. The total investment is 2.47 billion yuan.
The Heilongjiang Bridge is an important part of promoting cooperation in transportation infrastructure and other fields under the framework of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union. It aims to realize the interconnection between Chinese and Russian local cities and become a bridge of friendship for the benefit of the two peoples.
