"No more Moria?"

"Two weeks after the fire in this camp, which has become a symbol of the failure of the European Union's migration policy, the European Commission is expected to turn the corner this Wednesday, with its proposal for reform of asylum, a subject of tension within the 27.

Moria, the largest camp in Europe, 12,700 asylum seekers found themselves on the streets, in almost total destitution.

In particular, the lack of water, food and access to healthcare was sorely felt.

Since then, the authorities have hastily set up a new camp of hundreds of tents on military land, despite the hostility of a large part of the migrants to initially integrate a sort of "new Moria", a formerly famous camp. for its insalubrity, its promiscuity, as well as its violence.
