Emergency trainer

The issue of "ignoring the national coach" and his role in the success or failure of the system we place on the offices of officials and sports decision-makers in Emirati football, as the national coach now feels neglected as an emergency coach or a coach in the category of "second degree", although this term itself is not used in Our Emirati societies that appreciate the citizen and put him in the first ranks always, and instill confidence in him and put him in leadership positions, and give him patience and will, but in the field of football and the field of training the national coach retreats and hides in the shadows, so there is no real value for his presence and no importance for his presence in the eyes of many club administrations .

The reality of the Arab Gulf League for Professionals and even the Saudi League reveals part, if only a little, of what has been hidden. One national coach is the one who leads the team in the Arab Gulf Professional League, while the substitute bench in clubs is full of foreign coaches, so you see one coach at most for more than 13 A coach who leads our local clubs, and the situation is similar with Saudi clubs, as there is no national coach in the Saudi league, and even first-class clubs use foreign and Arab coaches of all nationalities, as the UAE was one of the first countries that made the coach an influential role and the national coach became present in the technical leadership of all The teams in the Sunni stages and even the first team (formerly), which was led by the achievement maker, Engineer (Mahdi Ali), and in Saudi Arabia, the national coach was in the past strongly present with the first team, led by the accomplished coach (Khalil Al Zayani).

In a gesture counted for the UAE Football Association, clubs were required to appoint coaches (citizens) in the first team and up to the age stages, and the federation thus continues its work in qualifying national coaches in the various training courses recognized by the AFC, and what is said about the able national coach Mahdi Ali and his successes It can be said of the great national coach Abdulaziz Al-Anbari, the coach of Sharjah Club.

The depth of the problem is greater than just individual efforts here or there, the situation is general, and trust is absent at the club level in particular, and the magnitude of the crisis increases because the national coach in the Emirates and the Gulf does not feel self-confidence or in his abilities, especially in club training, as the media attacks and administrations abandon and the public pours out their anger. And no one official protects him, or even provides him with psychological calm and secures his future in his position so that he can devote himself to development and creativity, as for the salaries, something happened and there is no embarrassment, they do not reach a quarter of what foreigners get, even if their efficiency and capabilities are less and weak, while the national coach is subjected to beating under the belt sometimes or Underestimating its value and importance at other times, until working as an emergency coach has become a basic feature of a large number of coaches.
