  [Explanation] A pleasant afternoon in a Taiwanese Mengga (Monga) style cafe in Guiyang, the founder of the shop, Huang Wenjie and his clerk partners are introducing a creative coffee to the guests.   [Explanation] The 54-year-old Huang Wenjie was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He was curious about the mainland. At the age of 30, he came to Shanghai alone with two large suitcases and became an executive in an IT company.

As Huang Wenjie entered the age of confidence, he felt that he should do something meaningful in his second half of his life. In this regard, he and his wife immediately thought of opening a coffee shop, and then resolutely quit their jobs and "joined" the coffee industry.

  [Explanation] In 2007, Huang Wenjie's first boutique cafe was born in Changsha, Hunan. The name of the shop was taken from his hometown and birthday combination-"Monga 423" (Hokkien pronunciation).

After we said thank you, all four of our partners told me directly, Jeff, I finally know what your cafe promotes. What kind of "human touch" service is? Four dried tofu will not cost much, but what it conveys to customers is a kind of respect, friendliness, friendship, and affection.   [Explanation] Due to the focus on coffee quality and the implementation of the "humane" service concept, Huang Wenjie’s Mengjia Cafe has gradually become popular in Changsha.   [Explanation] Because of the comfortable climate in Guiyang and the fact that his wife is from Guizhou, Huang Wenjie has opened three branches in Guiyang since 2013. There are elite baristas in the store, and Huang Wenjie retires behind the scenes to take charge of the coffee team to cultivate.
