According to the city of Tsukuba, on the 19th, one of the investigators lost one document containing the addresses of 25 target households, the names of the heads of households, and the number of people in each household.



The documents are to be carried while the investigator is working to request an investigation, and when he returned home on the night of the 19th and checked, he noticed the loss.



The city will now explain and apologize to the households listed on the documents.



Tsukuba City says, "We apologize to the citizens for not being able to do so. We would like to instruct investigators to thoroughly manage documents in the future."
