[Explanation] 2020 is a crucial year for decisive victory in poverty alleviation. Guangdong, a major manufacturing province, is going all out to face the challenge.

Under the new crown pneumonia epidemic, enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are working hard to help fight poverty.

Recently, the reporter visited many enterprises in Guangdong and found that among the migrant workers in Guangdong, young people in Xinjiang are hardworking, kind and passionate about life.

It is because of their proactiveness that the life of the whole family has been improved and they have been out of poverty.

[Explanation] In a smart home appliance company in Huizhou, Guangdong, the reporter saw Zula Gigulli who was working attentively. She held an electric screwdriver in her hand, and in a short while, she installed the screw holes on the base of a humidifier.

Jiguli told reporters that she had worked in the factory for two years and did not know anything when she first arrived at the factory. Fortunately, the boss and colleagues taught her patiently, and now practice makes perfect.

I screwed, one year of screwing, and another year of sticking stickers. They taught me slowly. When I first came, I didn’t know how to do it. Our "boss" taught me how to stick stickers. Teach me this way, I learned slowly.

They came here to do the screws, I might do.

Five screws and six screws may be hit; two stickers and three stickers may be pasted, I will not be afraid anymore, I can do anything.

[Explanation] After working for a year, Gigulli went home and rested for a while and returned to the factory to continue working and earning money.

Ji Guli said that she has adapted to life in Guangdong, working hard to make more money and working and living environment is better.

[Explanation] Currently, Jiguli has an average monthly income of 3,500 yuan, of which 2,000 yuan is sent home to her parents, and the remaining 1,500 yuan is used as living expenses.

Her goal is to continue to work hard to make money and open a mobile phone shop in her hometown in the future.

I open a store that sells mobile phones. I know how to sell mobile phones, how to charge up the phone bill, and how to do that, but I will come here to make money and go home.

[Explanation] According to the person in charge of the company, there are currently nearly 300 Xinjiang employees in his factory.

He believes that Xinjiang employees are smart, good at learning, and not worse than other migrant workers.

There have been Xinjiang employees in the factory for many years, and the lives of many employees have improved.

The year before last I went to Xinjiang, visited Kiziltao Township (Aktao County, Xinjiang), and visited many townships. We actually went to get to know the people who came to work here. Their parents went to their homes because they were staying at home. After visiting, basically their lives have been improved to a certain extent. Their parents have always been very grateful to our company, saying that they can help their family live the current life, even their parents want to come up with it.

[Explanation] Also taking care of Xinjiang employees is a small home appliance company in Huizhou, Guangdong. The person in charge of the company told reporters that there are currently 1,400 employees in the factory, of which 108 are Xinjiang employees, and all employees are treated equally.

Xinjiang employees themselves are more pragmatic and hard-working, and they are also more stable. These two points are what our company has always wanted to pursue. High mobility is a big loss for the company.

Our whole factory has only one set of standards, that is, what our employees are like, and what Xinjiang employees are like.

[Explanation] Walking into the company's living area, what you see is a large piece of grass planted with "golden cups and silver lanterns", basketball courts, volleyball courts and other facilities are all available.

Sardar Bek Geli is tall and strong, and likes to play volleyball with his roommates.

Jie Lili introduced that his family of five people, his father, mother and younger brother are in Huizhou, and a younger sister is in high school in Xinjiang. As the eldest son, he should do his best to do what he should do and take care of his family.

[Concurrent] Home appliance enterprise Xinjiang employee Sardar Beike·Jelili

(One month's salary) The average is about 3,500 yuan, and 800 yuan is enough for a month's living expenses. Every month, I keep my living expenses and send everything else to my family.

I am the eldest son of the family, so I need to be by my parents, because my brother and sister are in school, so I (want to) do some small shops, (want to) do some business, take care of my family and let my younger siblings go to school.

[Explanation] According to reports, the ecological environment of the four states in southern Xinjiang is poor, with less than one mu of land per capita. It is difficult to get rid of poverty by farming and raising sheep. If one person in each family can leave Xinjiang to work in other provinces, the annual rate is 3,700 yuan per person. The income standard for poverty alleviation is that the income of Xinjiang employees like Jiguli and Jielili can drive 10 people out of poverty.
