On September 19, the official Weibo of Panasonic Electric (China) Co., Ltd. @ Panasonic松下中国 issued an official statement stating: Panasonic attaches great importance to the recent interference of Panasonic employees’ legitimate remarks and will further verify the facts with the parties concerned and treat them seriously.

Earlier, some netizens broke the news that after a Panasonic employee shared a “Don’t forget the national humiliation” picture on WeChat Moments on September 18, his leader pointed out that he violated the previously proposed “Pay attention to public opinion orientation and minimize sending in Moments” etc. Asked, and said "Are you ready to leave?".
