  According to the Hainan Meteorological Department, the 11th typhoon "Hongxia" (strong tropical storm level) this year made landfall on the eastern coast of Hue Province, Vietnam at around 9:30 am on the 18th. A large amount of rainwater flows into a river and washes the beach, forming its own "outlet".

During the heavy rain, garden sanitation workers in orange raincoats collected and handled the broken branches and fallen leaves on the street. The staff said, “If they are not handled in time, the drainage pipes will definitely be blocked.”
