　　The Paper noted that on May 21 this year, the official website of Liuzhou's public resources trading platform issued an announcement on the winning bid of "Imported Guard Motorcycle Procurement".

The name and serial number of the procurement project is the procurement of imported guard motorcycles (LZG20-037).

　　The aforementioned announcement shows that Guoding Hecheng Tendering Consulting Co., Ltd. was entrusted by the Traffic Police Detachment of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau to purchase three imported police motorcycles by public bidding on April 30 this year.

Guangxi Daben Trading Co., Ltd. was the bid-winning supplier, with a bid amount of RMB 1,325,000.

　　On the afternoon of September 18, a staff member of Guangxi Daben Trading Co., Ltd. confirmed to The Paper that the traffic police detachment of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau had indeed purchased three Honda Damao motorcycles from Daben Trading Co., Ltd., and the goods had been delivered.

The aforementioned staff also stated that the maximum price of such models is more than 600,000 yuan.

　　The Paper noted that the Traffic Police Detachment of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau had previously purchased 3 guard motorcycles at a price of 987,000 yuan.

According to the "Guangxi K&T Tendering Center's Announcement on Winning the Bid for the Guard Motorcycle Procurement Project (LZG18-057)" issued on the official website of Liuzhou Public Resources Trading Platform on April 12, 2018, Guangxi K&T Tendering Center was accepted by the Traffic Police Division of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau. Entrusted by, on April 9, 2018, the procurement of guard motorcycles was purchased by public bidding.

　　The announcement mentioned that the procurement project is the procurement of 3 guard motorcycles. After expert argumentation and government management approval, the procurement of imported products is allowed, and the procurement budget is RMB 990,000.

The bid-winning supplier was Liuzhou Xiaojin Motorcycle Sales Service Co., Ltd., and the bid was 987,000 yuan.
