  Regarding the "Internet Eating and Broadcasting", the "Draft for Comments" stipulates that the online live broadcast platform should formulate a platform service agreement, adopt necessary measures to strengthen the review of the food live broadcast content, and promptly stop the online broadcasters from engaging in live broadcast of food waste.

Food webcasters should abide by laws and regulations, spread a healthy and civilized catering culture, and must not engage in live broadcasts that promote large amounts of eating and overeating, such as fake eating, vomiting, and curious hunting.

If the webcasting platform fails to stop the webcaster from engaging in live-broadcasting food waste, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the law by the Internet Information Authority.
