Not a model to follow

To be decorated by Queen Elisabeth II is an honor which also requires certain obligations, such as that of not being "convicted of a crime" or of not being sentenced to more than three months in prison.

The distinguished person must also be "a good citizen and a model" for the population.

Harvey Weinstein is serving a 23-year sentence for sexual assault and rape in New York State.

He is also to be tried for similar facts in Los Angeles.
