The Polish National Prosecutor's Office is requesting the arrest of air traffic controllers working at the Smolensk-Severny airfield on April 10, 2010, during a plane crash with a government delegation led by President Lech Kaczynski.

Then the Polish presidential Tu-154 crashed while landing at the Smolensk-Severny airfield.

As a result, 96 people died.

It would seem, why suddenly?

Ten years have passed since the unfortunate accident in which the then leadership of Poland perished.

All the details of the disaster have long been washed a hundred times, dismantled to the bones, examined under a microscope, collected the wreckage and reassembled the plane, many times restored the picture of what was happening.

But even beyond the framework of a possible conspiracy to ditch the Polish plane for the sake of accusations against Russia, all parties studied in detail everything that happened - both the Poles and the Russian side, and international experts.

All expert opinions within the framework of the investigation with the involvement of international aviation specialists showed the guilt of the pilots on the Polish presidential plane.

And here it is again.

Moreover, even if we take only the legal side of the case, then everything was clear from the very beginning: this requirement to hand over Russian air traffic controllers to the Polish National Prosecutor's Office is impossible to satisfy, since it directly contradicts Russian legislation.

This is what the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said: "This is impossible according to our legislation."

That is, Russia in any case will not hand over air dispatchers to Poland in the case of the crash of a Polish government plane in Smolensk, and this was clear from the very beginning, especially to the Polish prosecutor's office.

What then?

Everything that happens in the aggregate gives off a kind of absurdity.

But this is not a dream, everything is really happening, which means that someone needs it, there must be some logic in it.

And she is.

This is geopolitical logic.

From the point of view of geopolitics, dividing civilizations into two types, sea and land, the West is the space of marine civilizations, and Eurasia, in the center of which Russia lies, is the space of land civilizations.

An incessant war is going on between the sea and land civilizations, the great war of the continents, and nothing can stop it.

You can only balance, balance, and then only for a while.

In the European theater of geopolitical actions, the bearer of the spirit of Western civilization is, in fact, its source - Europe, and the bearer of the land, Eurasian spirit, respectively, is Russia.

In different historical periods, the balance of influence in geographic Europe shifted either towards a civilizational Europe, or towards Russia.

Borders moved back and forth, wars and clashes between Europe and Russia - a common thing, a dialectical law.

So the space that lies between Russia and Europe (civilizational, not geographical - these are different phenomena), between the Heartland (from the English Heartland) and the maritime civilization, there is the Rimland zone - a strip over which a constant civilizational war is being waged and which, as a result, repeatedly passes from hand to hand.

This band in different states can change its qualities.

It can fully enter the zone of influence of Europe as the West, it can enter the zone of influence of Russia as the center of the land civilization of Eurasia, or it can remain neutral.

At the moment when the Rimland strip turns out to be neutral for a short historical time, it can either be a buffer zone - and then it separates the West and Russia, for a certain period of time preventing a war that occurs whenever the West and Russia come to the state of direct contact;

or a cordon sanitaire - and then the Rimland strip becomes a kind of border strip at the moment when Russia is expanding, making geopolitical expansion, and it must be stopped ("restrained", as they say in the West) on the distant approaches, there, in this very cordon sanitaire zone, on a consumable territory, where there is still (or already) not the West, not yet Russia, but something incomprehensible, not very valuable, which can be sacrificed to prevent Russia from attacking the sacred lands of the West and Europe.

As Europe itself sees it.

Of course, this logic also works in the opposite direction: Russia seizes as much space of geographic Europe under its strategic control during an offensive, so that when retreating, part of it may be mistaken for a cordon sanitaire, delaying the time of the offensive, knocking down its dynamics when the West advances, and we retreat ...

There is nothing personal here.

No matter how and from which side we evaluate all this, this is pure geopolitics, and no matter how we treat it, these laws have been working throughout the entire history of mankind.

But back to our Poles.

They, it so happened, are located in this very Rimland zone - a buffer zone between Russia and the West, not being either Russia or the West in its purest form (whatever they think of themselves there), but at the same time absorbing elements like a Russian Eurasian and Western Atlantist civilizations.

At the moment of the beginning of the geopolitical movement of the West to Russia or the oncoming movement of Russia to the West, Poland becomes part of the cordon sanitaire, and then it is (temporarily) absorbed either by Russia or by the West.

Then everything will stabilize for a short time in order to start moving again.

How does this affect the situation with the requirement to extradite Russian dispatchers?

In the most direct way.

From the point of view of geopolitics, after a misfire with the Belarusian "Maidan", in which Poland could have taken the most active part, Russia gains an advantage for a geopolitical, civilizational offensive (having retreated before that).

Russia could, of course, retreat in Belarus, and then the cordon sanitaire strip would have shifted even further to the east.

But Russia did not retreat, it reacted, and now it is going to gain a foothold (one can assume it has already entrenched itself) at the line where the geopolitical offensive of the West has been stopped, and go (one can assume it has already passed) into a geopolitical counteroffensive.

And this means that the zone of the cordon sanitaire, on the very edge of which Poland is now located, is beginning to slide westward.

You can slow down this movement.

First of all, by aggravating relations between Russia and Poland by any means, at any cost.

In other words, Poland must now (owe the West, simply must) take the first blow.

The Polish penal battalion must do the dirty work: try by all means to bring down the dynamics of the geopolitical offensive of Russia, so that the West can comprehend everything, gather its forces, regroup and prepare for defense.

And this means that everything that comes to hand is used: you run out of cartridges - throw the pistol, maybe it will somehow stop the enemy.

If you don't have a pistol, throw what you have, spit, scratch, grab whatever you find, even if it's the corpses of a Polish government delegation a decade ago.

It's nothing sacred when today's pro-Atlanticist, pro-American Polish elites need to stand up to defend the sacred West.

And it will be necessary to sacrifice the Polish people - they will, because the West is above all.

Yes, proud Polish lords?
