Biography of Liang Debiao
Liang Debiao, male, Han nationality, born in May 1955 in Heyuan, Guangdong, with a postgraduate degree on the job, started working in September 1972 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1977.
In August 1992, he served as the full-time deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Meizhou Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the party committee of the political and legal system organs, deputy president of the municipal intermediate people's court, and director of the municipal comprehensive governance office (concurrently)
