Wang Hongbin, male, Han nationality, was born in Hefei, Anhui, in December 1967. He has a university degree from the Central Party School. He started working in May 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1991.
From December 2001 to April 2009, he served as the director of the Tianjun County Land and Resources Bureau of Haixi Prefecture; from April 2009 to November 2011, he was a member of the party group, deputy director and Tianjun County Land and Resources of the Haixi Prefecture Land and Resources Bureau Director of the Bureau; from November 2011 to March 2016, served as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Haixi State Land and Resources Bureau; from March 2016 to May 2017, served as a member of the Party Group, deputy director and real estate of the Haixi State Land and Resources Bureau Director of the Registration Bureau; from May 2017 to February 2019, served as the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Haixi State Land and Resources Bureau; from February 2019 to August 2020, served as the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Haixi State Natural Resources Bureau (Director) Level); In August 2020, he was removed from the posts of Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Haixi Prefecture Natural Resources Bureau.
