On September 15, the first Spicy Tiao professional class opened in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, the birthplace of Spicy Tiao.
This professional class was jointly established by Pingjiang Vocational and Technical School and Mala Prince. There are 59 students in total, and courses on extrusion and puffing mechanism, food quality and safety, and marketing are offered to deliver talents to the industry.
On the first day of the class, the students learned the theory and practice of spicy tiao, and visited the production of spicy tiao.
