  Wanliang’s ginseng planting and processing history has a history of more than 400 years. It can be traced back to the Jiaqing period of the Ming Dynasty. Every year when the water ginseng trade peak season, the daily sales of our Wanliang ginseng market can reach 2 million to 3 million catties. At most, it can reach 3.5 million catties. In 2019, our total output value of ginseng sales is about 15 billion yuan (RMB), which is also the first in the country.

In 2016, she resigned from Shenzhen and returned to her hometown to start a business. Compared with the older generations such as her grandfather and father, she is more enthusiastic about e-commerce, and has successively carried out sales business on e-commerce platforms such as JD.com and Suning, achieving online and offline integration.   Ninety-five percent of our company’s sales now come from online sales, mainly from the online sales of some traditional e-commerce companies, as well as the very popular offline live sales.   Ma Xiaotong said that e-commerce is a bridge between Wan Liang and the world, and she wants to sell ginseng to retail investors all over the world.

  Our sales for the whole year of 2019 are about 6 million. In 2020, due to the impact of the epidemic, our sales have reached 17 million so far. Everyone is not going out to shop anymore, and more of it comes from online sales, so our sales this year is a massive increase.

Because of the outstanding sales results, Ma Xiaotong is also responsible for incubating similar e-commerce companies in the local area to attract more young people to return to their hometowns to start businesses.

At present, the four companies are on the right track, and the passenger flow is very stable.

  Right now, Ma Xiaotong is busy "fighting" with the recruited young people. Their goal is to get better sales results from September to December during the ginseng sales season.

Ma Xiaotong said that they are negotiating with a live broadcast cooperation team and want to live broadcast their products and the style of the town.
