Paramount launches its streaming service in early 2021. As early as 2017, Paramount + was started as a cable TV service in Sweden, but now the service is starting in the form of an app.
Paramount + will feature over 6,000 series and movies from CBS, Paramount Network, Showtime and MTV, among others.
It is also planned to show self-produced original content.
"With this re-launch, we will be a major player in the streaming market," says Jesper Dahl, Nordic CEO at Viacom CBS Nordics, in a press release.
