  The reporter learned from the Wuchuan Public Security Bureau on the 14th that at 9 o'clock on the 13th, a video of "a girl was beaten by multiple people in the stairwell" was circulated on the Internet.

The video showed that several girls gathered a girl in white around a corner and then slapped her feet.

  After receiving the report, the Wuchuan City Public Security Bureau quickly organized the relevant police types and police stations in the jurisdiction to investigate.

After investigation, the female student who was beaten in the video was named Wu Mouyan. She was 13 years old and was a student at school.

At about 14 o'clock on September 12, she was confronted by Zhang Mouying (female, 13 years old, a student at school) and Yang Mouyong (female, 13 years old) at a stairwell in Tongde City, Meilu Street, Wuchuan City Assault by Li Mouwen (female, 14 years old, current school student), Zhang Mouli (female, 14 years old, dropout), and Li Mouqi (female, 14 years old, current student).

Currently, Zhang Mouying, Yang Mouyong, Li Mouwen, Zhang Mouli, and Li Mouqi have been summoned by the police according to law for further investigation due to suspected provocation.

  The police stated that the public security organs will severely investigate and punish the students in accordance with the law, and do their best to safeguard the personal safety of school students. Students must bravely say "no" to campus violence and bullying. If they suffer from campus violence or bullying, they must report to the police immediately.
