“We were in this very quiet neighborhood at night, moving at a walk, looking for the house of John's godmother.

These two guys were in a pickup and slowly followed us with the headlights on before talking to us, ”the star said.

Sadly banal

"They told us something like, 'What are you looking for?'

and we gave them the address.

They literally said "Get your ass out of here", then followed us until we pulled into the driveway.

They got out of their car and stared at us until we knocked on the door and entered.

It was a terrible, scary experience, ”continued Chrissy Teigen.

And while Chrissy Teigen remembers crying for hours, John Legend didn't seem more upset than that.

Which made the model understand that this kind of experience seemed trivial to him and happened to him all the time.

A bad memory which testifies to the prevailing racism which still reigns in the United States and divides the country as much as the presidential elections approach.
