On a recent episode of Joe Rogan's podcast, Miley Cyrus looked back on her divorce from Liam Hemsworth.

And to hear him, things didn't quite turn out the way the media portrayed them.

“What really sucks about this isn't the fact that me and someone I loved realized they didn't love each other the same way they once did.

A comfortable addiction

But as she later confided, Miley Cyrus made the decision to separate from Liam Hemsworth when she realized that her relationship to this relationship was comparable to an addiction, but an addiction to the comfort of the couple.

“Knowing that I was in an addiction made me feel even worse,” she continued.

I had a hangover.

The next day, ok, we sleep together, and the day after, I'm in a total hangover.

I felt like I had a relapse every time I returned.

Now, Miley Cyrus is sober in love as in alcohol and cigarettes and everything is much better.
