At the end of 2010, in December, the so-called Arab Spring began.

Ten years have passed without ever having taken our eyes off this shaken region like no other.

Through revolts, wars in Syria and Yemen, catastrophes like the one in Beirut last summer, convulsions like those in Iraq, or even Palestinian resistance abandoned all support.

The International Middle East Analysis is self-evident.

A region hostage to an international game that has harassed it for centuries, in the name of faith, in the name of the ambition of the conquerors, in the name of oil or quite simply in the name of the large and small strategies that have never ceased to be oppose the old powers.

Alongside these old powers, regional powers now at the center of the game.

Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey: the observation is that of an inversion.

Reversal of a Middle East that has become proactive, escaping global pressures while the world powers have become reactive and without much control of situations.

A renewed look at the Middle East, a pivotal zone of transit and strategic anchoring, a region relatively little affected by the coronavirus and where the power of the street is becoming more and more effective.
