Seungri is a violation of the law on specific economic crimes (embezzlement), food hygiene law, business embezzlement, sexual assault crimes, etc. Etc.), habitual gambling, violation of the Foreign Exchange Transaction Law, and violation of the law on punishment for acts such as prostitution (prostitution).
Earlier, Seungri joined the military on March 9, and is known to be serving in the 5th Corps subordinate units.

Earlier, the prosecution was charged with gambling several times in Las Vegas and other places for about three and a half years from December 2013 (regular gambling) and not reporting in advance while borrowing gambling funds in dollars (violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act), 2015.
