Seungri, a former member of Big Bang, who is accused of arranging prostitution to investors and accusing them of overseas expeditions, will stand in a military court seven months after being prosecuted.



According to News 1 on the 11th, Seungri is scheduled to be tried for the first time at 10 o'clock on the 16th at the General Military Court of the Ground Operations Command.



Seungri is a violation of the law on specific economic crimes (embezzlement), food hygiene law, business embezzlement, sexual assault crimes, etc. Etc.), habitual gambling, violation of the Foreign Exchange Transaction Law, and violation of the law on punishment for acts such as prostitution (prostitution).



Earlier, Seungri joined the military on March 9, and is known to be serving in the 5th Corps subordinate units.

Accordingly, the case of Seungri was transferred from the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement to the 5th Corps Command General Military Court, and later to the Commercial Operation Command Normal Military Court.



Earlier, the prosecution was charged with gambling several times in Las Vegas and other places for about three and a half years from December 2013 (regular gambling) and not reporting in advance while borrowing gambling funds in dollars (violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act), 2015. From September to January 2016, he prosecuted the victory on charges of arranging prostitution to foreign investors.
