The Denis Villeneuve adaptation of Frank Herbert's classic which will be released in theaters on December 23 has unveiled its first images in a highly anticipated trailer.

After the excellent

and Blade Runner 2049, the Canadian filmmaker continues his exploration of science fiction with this iconic work of the genre, thus following in the footsteps of David Lynch.

The casting is already dreaming with Timothée Chamalet in the role of Paul Astréides, Zendaya in the skin of Chani and Jason Momoa in that of Dunca Idao.

After this teaser, one thing is certain, the Villeneuve paw is there with images of spectacular desert landscapes.
