The difficult environment caused several teachers to be transferred or diverted one after another, but Qing Minghua chose to stay.

  During a home visit, Qing Minghua was attacked by a swarm of hornet on his way home and stung many places on his body. If there is no emergency treatment, his life would be in danger, but he would have to walk forty miles of mountain road to the Shanxia Hospital.

After the people in the mountainous area learned about it, they collected herbs from the mountains to help him relieve inflammation and pain, and organized personnel to carry him to the township health center for treatment overnight.

After Qing Minghua learned about Jiang Fu's family situation, he often sent food, clothing, and grain to help the family life for several years.
