[Poverty alleviation story] Guizhou poverty alleviation relocation site: a library "warms" a city

There is a "WarM Library" in Pinglang Community, the largest resettlement area for poverty alleviation and relocation in Wangmo County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, which mainly serves the people and children of the relocated communities to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the new residents.

The library is named after the English word "WarM", which is both a homophonic of Wangmo and a meaning of warmth, aiming to warm a city with a library.

At present, the library has a total of about 11,000 books. In addition to daily borrowing, it also organizes secondary classrooms, picture book activities, reading clubs, daily learning guidance and other activities to provide off-campus learning support for children in relocation sites for poverty alleviation. WarM The library has become the local "net celebrity library".
