The former member of the mythical Inconnus, who has become a recognized actor, demonstrated his talents as a singer and guitarist on Wednesday, opposite Philippe Vandel in Culture Médias, on Europe 1. He performed an extract from "Julia", a classic of the Beatles signed John Lennon.

Bernard Campan has hidden talents.

In addition to being a former member of the cult Unknowns and a recognized actor, the actor obviously also knows how to sing and play the guitar.

It is Hélène Mannarino, in her Unexpected Portrait, who revealed it on Wednesday on Europe 1. In the musical pantheon of Bernard Campan thus appears Julia, song of the Beatles signed John Lennon, and which he willingly interprets on guitar and song.

The actor delivered a beautiful demonstration of this in Culture Médias by performing an extract from the piece that John Lennon had written for his mother (

of Bernard Campan, signed Hélène Mannarino:

Music has always accompanied Bernard Campan, who was a member of a group in his youth.

He even wrote a few texts, but which by his own admission were not necessarily worth setting to music.

All these song sketches did not end up in the trash, however, since some were used as the basis for musical sketches by Les Inconnus.

"There were little songs that I had tinkered with, then listening to them again with Didier (Bourdon), he said to me 'we can take that one'? And we reworked songs for the Unknowns", confirms a Bernard Campan all smiles.

But honor is safe, because the texts in question were not necessarily intended to become serious songs.

“There was always a little bit of humor,” explains Bernard Campan.

"I wrote as it came, it was built and sometimes it was a bit humorous."
