Robert De Niro and John Malkovich have indeed been recruited to complete the cast of

Wash Me In The River

, Randall Emmett's second feature film.

His first, already with Machine Gun Kelly, is in production after being cut short due to the coronavirus.

Shooting chained

Still according to Deadline, this new thriller directed by the producer of

The Irishman will

tell the story of a drug addict in remission who sets out in pursuit of the dealer who sold him the drugs who killed his girlfriend in revenge.

Robert De Niro and John Malkovich would play two policemen who are chasing him.

The publication says the production would also seek to convince Quavo, from rap group Migos, to star in the film.

The expected release date of this new Randall Emmett film is not yet known, as its previous feature has not been completed, but the filming of

Wash Me In The River

is scheduled to start on November 9 in Georgia and Puerto Rico.
