The Middle East is going through a new and dangerous turning point, its features are clear, its blocs are exposed, and the region is witnessing a sorting out in the camps, for there is a camp that chose to link with the past, with its empty slogans, and its emotional rhetoric that does not fatten and does not sing from hunger, which are not related to reality, are only suitable for consumption And the trade, the excitement of the defeated peoples, and another camp that chose the future, with its wide horizon, its scientific progress, and its integration with the international community in a new real reality, far from all the slogans of the past that have no value in the contemporary global system, and people everywhere do not accept them. To remain stagnant in the minds of those who repeat it only!
The UAE chose to line up in the second camp, the realistic camp linked to the future, the camp of scientific progress and technological development, it chose this camp because it is a country that seeks the well-being and prosperity of its people, and knows that human development is the future for the development of nations, and because it is a country that has set its foot on the path of science and technology, and will not back down from This path!
Since its inception, the UAE has been moving at a breakneck speed towards the future, and has set difficult goals, all of which have achieved them with the vigor and ambition of its leaders, and the dedication of its children. It has excelled in the fields of economy, trade and tourism, and excelled in space leadership, science and health. It succeeded and excelled in everything, and its latest achievement was the launch of the first Arab probe. To Mars a few weeks ago, then operating the first Arab peaceful nuclear reactor to produce clean electrical energy, and these accomplishments did not and will not be reached by those chanting hollow slogans, and their people are starving, despite their enormous financial and natural capabilities!
We are not from those colorful countries that adopt policies within agendas based on ambitions and hatreds. They show something and hide many things. Their speech and words are one thing, and their evil actions are a completely different thing, unlike the Emirates, which follow fixed rules on which they are based in their foreign policy, based on principles Cooperation, coexistence and tolerance, spreading peace, enhancing security and safety, rejecting violence and terrorism, rejecting the language of threat and intimidation, to achieve stability and prosperity in the region and the world.
The UAE made a sovereign decision through the peace treaty with Israel, a decision that is in line with its national interest, the interest of the Palestinian people and the future of the region, in light of the changing regional conditions and the unstable international situation. Alliances in the region changed, competition intensified, and the conflict over roles became exposed, As well as ambitions and hatreds are exposed, and the UAE cannot remain silent until it is threatened!
The UAE’s decision to conclude a treaty with Israel does not mean it is relinquishing its commitment to support the Palestinian people, nor abandoning Arab causes. This is a commitment that the state made on itself since its inception, and it will never deviate from it. On the contrary, the treaty is a step in the way of achieving gains that cannot be Achieved without establishing peace.
