On September 8, farmers worked in the greenhouse of the understory edible fungus industry project of Guizhou Qinglong Puqing Forest Farm.

In recent years, Qinglong County, Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province has accelerated the development of the understory edible fungus industry.

The county prioritizes the construction of project sites in state-owned forest farms to reduce the cost of the edible fungi industry under forests.

In 2020, Qinglong County plans to plant 4,000 mu of understory edible fungi. In 2021, 6,000 mu of understory edible fungi will be newly planted, and a total of 10,000 mu of understory edible fungi will be planted.

At present, 3,094 mu of edible fungi under the forest have been completed, which has driven 20,000 migrant workers, and has accumulated more than 2 million yuan in income.
