China News Service, September 5th. On September 2, some children and teachers in the Golden Apple Longwan Peninsula Kindergarten in Wuhou District, Chengdu City successively developed fever and other symptoms.
On the 5th, the Education Bureau of Wuhou District, Chengdu, issued a notice on its official Weibo, stating that Wuhou District immediately carried out emergency response to public health emergencies.
The bureau, together with the District Health Bureau, the District Market Supervision Bureau, and the District Center for Disease Control and other departments, has stationed in the park to conduct investigations, collect and submit specimens for inspection, and closely track the health of sick children.
Up to now, a total of 30 children and 4 teachers have reported fever and other symptoms.
After clinical diagnosis, among 30 children, 11 had upper respiratory tract infection, 4 had tonsillitis, 5 had acute gastroenteritis, 2 had diarrhea waiting to be diagnosed, 2 had bacterial infection, and 6 had not seen a doctor; out of 4 teachers, 1 Bacterial infection, upper respiratory tract infection in 3 people.
The Wuhou District Education Bureau stated that protecting the health of teachers and students is the primary task, and will continue to track the health of teachers and students in the park and announce the results of the investigation in a timely manner.
