Typhoon "Mesaq" caused some villages in Jilin City to be affected.
On September 4, after the typhoon, villagers in Sijian Village, Kouqian Town, Yongji County, Jilin City, cleared the silt of the canals and filled the depressions.
The village also coordinated machinery to ensure the smooth flow of waterways.
As of 5 o'clock on the 4th, 1192 people were affected by the typhoon in Jilin City, with 350 hectares of crops and 50 hectares affected, and a total of 17,574 people were preventively transferred there.
