According to the police, a 57-year-old man was arrested on the spot in January on the suspicion of obstructing public affairs for grasping the side mirror of a police car in Sobue-cho, Inazawa city and breaking a part in January. While being squeezed on the ground, he became unconscious and was taken to a hospital, but died about 6 hours later.
