[Explanation] Recently, a shared kitchen in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province has attracted many family members of patients in nearby hospitals to cook because of the free seasoning and convenient cooking.

On September 2, the reporter saw in a shared kitchen near the intersection of Dongming Road and Weiwu Road in Zhengzhou City that customers can achieve one-stop service from grocery shopping to cooking.

The pressure cooker sizzles, and the fish soup is simmered slowly.

Hang Lixiang, who was cooking, prepared 3 dishes for lunch for his wife who was in the hospital.

I made a fish at noon today and fried a dish. I put my leftover potatoes and meat with him yesterday, and today (heating) it is ready to eat.

The boss is also very enthusiastic, he can help do what he can't do, just what he wants to eat.

Sick number (eating), sometimes the cafeteria may not have the right ones. We buy our own food and all the ingredients are our own (shared kitchen). I just like my own family. You can put it in him when you can’t finish eating. In this, he has (fridge) freezing and refrigeration in it.

[Explanation] It is understood that there are Henan Tumor Hospital and Henan Chest Hospital near the shared kitchen, and there are not a few patients who visit patients from thousands of miles away.

Customers who cook here told reporters that apart from seeing a doctor, eating is also a big deal for them.

When going to a restaurant, the patient cannot be discharged; ordering take-out, good-nourished food is expensive; in addition, the hometown of the patient is different, and the food in the hospital cafeteria may not be in line with the taste.

Therefore, many people choose to cook in a shared kitchen, which can also save order fees.

I believe that they, the store business, certainly don't ask about the price, he will not go crazy.

(Boss) Do business with heart and sincerity.

I have been here to cook (rice) for three days.

Today, let’s cook a fish soup for my wife. The fish (bought) is cheap. At the restaurant, my (fish soup) costs at least 60 (yuan). Like me, the cost is only about 10 yuan. Like me, it can save 40 yuan. money.

[Explanation] Why open a shared kitchen?

Wei Xingjiang, one of the founders, told reporters that his wife had been treated at the Cancer Hospital for lymphoma.

Due to chemotherapy, vomiting may occur from time to time. Facing the high cost of treatment, they are stretched out, and it is difficult for them to want a nice meal.

Therefore, after their wife’s treatment was over, they opened a shared kitchen in the nearby vegetable market, which was well received by everyone. Later, due to the upgrading of the market, they had no choice but to close the business.

In order to allow patients to continue to eat food with the mouth, Wei Xingjiang and Zhang Guangbing and the other three opened the shared kitchen again on July 1.

We share the kitchen function, at least allow patients (coming to the hospital to see a doctor) to eat close-up meals, some sell vegetables, and some (customers) buy and cook.

Regardless of how much we make a pot of dishes, one person eats or two people eat three people, we are 5 yuan a pot, if the stew is 10 yuan (a pot).

Because oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, onion, ginger, etc. (seasoning) are provided free of charge, including goji berry, red dates, and star anise.

[Explanation] The door opens at 5 o'clock every morning, and no one closes at night.

According to Wei Xingjiang, about 400 people come to cook every day in the store.

They recruited two merchants selling vegetables and rice noodle oil based on the affordable price to provide convenience to customers.

In the future, I hope that there will be more shared kitchens that can "flower" around the hospital.

We now have more than 50 induction stoves, it is best to make them yourself.

(Customer) It's best to do it yourself, or we can help him if we don't know how to do it. No matter what you do, as long as we are free, we will help them in order.

The three of us all want to do better for the patients, so that they can eat better meals.

In the future, I hope that the government can strongly support our industry, so that every hospital can open a store like ours, so that every patient can have a good meal.
