According to reports, at 9 o'clock on the 3rd, Tang Mousong (male, Han nationality, 30 years old) in Jiaokui Town, Yiliang County, and his wife Weng Moulan (female, Han nationality, 31 years old) went to the Civil Affairs Bureau for a divorce due to a marriage dispute. During the procedure, when passing the Second Bridge of Xiaohe Township in Jiaokui Town, the two quarreled and grabbed on the bridge. Tang Mousong picked up Weng Moulan and left the scene.
