　　[Explanation] To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the city of Heihe, China and Blagoveshchensk, Russia, held the "Flowers on the Water" on the river surface of the main channel of Heilongjiang on September 3. People in the border towns of China and Russia cherish the memory of the martyrs and remember history.

Personnel from China and Russia stood upright, cherishing the memory of the soldiers and people who died in the war.

Accompanied by the solemn sound of the whistle, the representatives of China and Russia put the wreaths in their hands into the river at the same time, sharing their grief with flowers.

　　[Explanation] Li Shifeng, deputy secretary and mayor of Heihe City of China, pointed out in his speech that Heihe City is willing to join hands with Blagoveshchensk to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the great anti-fascist war and maintain the hard-won peaceful development environment , To deepen all-round and multi-field exchanges and cooperation, and jointly benefit the people in the border areas of the two countries.

　　[Commentary] Russian Mayor of Blagoveshchensk Imameyev said in his speech that 75 years ago, the Soviet Red Army and the Chinese Red Army jointly fought against Japanese militarism, and hundreds of Soviet soldiers and officers were buried in the Heihe area.
