Getting France out of the crisis, reindustrializing, greening, creating jobs ... so many promises made by the recovery plan unveiled this Thursday, September 3 by the French government.

This plan of 100 billion euros will be devoted to heal the wounds of an economy heavily affected by the health crisis.
