An accident on the A8 motorway, involving four heavy goods vehicles, disrupts traffic this Thursday afternoon after exit 51 Nice-Saint-Augustin, direction Italy.

Two out of three lanes remain open, we report on the A8 Motorway Twitter account.

It takes around 30 minutes to slow down.

A slight injury

The shock took place around 4 p.m.

One of the drivers was slightly injured, but did not wish to be taken to hospital.

While three of the heavy goods vehicles were able to set off again, one of the vehicles was not able to resume the road.

The police and highway services are on site.
