The survey shows that 96.8% of the interviewed renters have experienced “cloud renting”.
Specifically, photo viewing (77.0%), VR live viewing (60.9%) and video connection (54.6%) ranked the top three.
Only 48.4% of the surveyed fresh-year renters have tried on-site inspections.

66.5% of the fresh graduates interviewed said that smart housing search is the future trend, 62.8% think that the format is flexible and user-service-oriented, 55.6% feel time-saving, labor-saving and efficient, and 37.8% admit that they can’t see the real thing. Still not at ease.
Chu Wenjing hopes that intermediary companies can improve online viewing services, such as providing community VR real-world experience, and not over-beautifying the listings, so as not to be "beautiful".
