There were 6 newly imported asymptomatic infections, Guangzhou reported 1 case, from Chad; Shenzhen reported 5 cases, from Russia.
All of the above were found at the port of entry or isolation point, and were quarantined for observation after entry.
As of 24:00 on September 1, Guangdong Province had reported a total of 1742 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (346 imported cases).
13 cases are currently in hospital.
