My father used to be the chief of staff of the Northeast Field Army. For many years, he fought in the ice and snow in the Northeast. During the period in the Northeast, this leather suit became an iconic garment for him.
He is commanding operations, and he wears leather suits in his life, but this statue is the statue after the establishment of the Air Force. In 1939, Liu Yalou went to Moscow to study at the Frunze Military Academy. After graduation, he joined the Soviet Red Army, was awarded the rank of major, and participated in the Soviet Patriotic War.
In August 1945, Liu Yalou followed the Soviet Red Army into Northeast China to fight against the Japanese Army.
In Liu Yuhong's view, his father has witnessed the revolutionary friendship between China and Russia for more than half a century.

When the Soviet army entered the northeast of our country and fought against the Kwantung Army of Japan, he was also there and contributed to the elimination of the Japanese invaders.
[Explanation] In October 1949, Liu Yalou became the commander of the Air Force and was ordered to form the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Air Force, making outstanding contributions to building a well-trained and large-scale air force defense force.
