Haiwainet, September 1st. According to Hong Kong media reports, 10 people including the leader of Hong Kong chaos, founder of "One Media", Li Zhiying, and former member of "Hong Kong All Wills" Zhou Ting, were arrested by the police on August 10 for suspected violations of the Hong Kong National Security Law. After being arrested, he must report to the designated police station on the 1st after he is released on bail pending investigation.

Several people were allowed to renew their insurance for 3 months on the 1st and must report to the police again on December 1 or 2.

According to Dagong Wenhui's full media report, at noon on the 1st, Li Zhiying and the "stake" member He Chunren entered the Mong Kok Police Station to report, and the two did not speak a word.

At 6:46 in the evening, Li Zhiying walked out of the Mong Kok Police Station after completing the registration, boarded a private car and left.

Zhou Ting reported to the Tai Po Police Station at 3 pm, and was postponed to leave the police station at 6 pm.

Zhou Ting said that he must report to the Tai Po Police Station again on December 2.

According to reports, Li Jianen, Li Zhiying's son, did not show up, and the news stated that he changed to report to the police next Monday (7th).

On the morning of the 1st, Lai Chi-ying’s other son, Lai Yao-yan, reported to the Tseung Kwan O Police Station, and walked out of the police station about 40 minutes later.

Earlier, People’s Commentary had issued an article pointing out that Li Zhiying’s bail was not "indulgence and release," but a just act of making crimes better condemned to the law.

Hong Kong is a place where the rule of law is emphasized, especially for cases involving national security, a large number of meticulous and precise investigations and evidence collection are required.

Before the suspect is transferred to the Magistrates' Court for interrogation, the Hong Kong police can hold the arrest for no more than 48 hours.

However, Li Zhiying’s crimes of colluding with external forces and causing disasters in Hong Kong over the years are countless, and it is difficult for the police to complete accurate investigations and evidence collection in just two days.

After obtaining detailed evidence, the police can still arrest Li Zhiying and prosecute them again.

In the Hong Kong judicial system, bail does not mean "release". Suspects are still subject to criminal prosecution, and then courts are still required to hear whether they constitute a crime.
