"Compared to last week's figures, the number of hotbeds of wildfires has decreased by 39%, the area of fires by 63%," the ministry's press service quoted TASS as saying.
More than 5.4 thousand thermal points were identified.
Last week, almost 2,000 tons of water were used to extinguish the fires.
Earlier it became known that the northern aviation center "Avialesokhrana" is planned to be created in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in order to fight fires in the Arctic zone.
