According to the official Weibo news of the Propaganda Department of the Wujiagang District Committee of the Communist Party of China, Yichang City, at about 16:30 on August 31, a natural gas leak occurred in Zhangjiadian District, Wujiagang District, causing 4 injuries. The injured have been sent to the Central Hospital for treatment.
Cause of the accident is being investigated.
At present, the scene has been quarantined, residents have been evacuated, and relevant departments such as fire control, public security, and emergency response are taking care of the situation.
