[Poverty Alleviation Story] Liangshan, Sichuan: A layer hen breeding industry chain strung more than 30,000 poor households
The 3 million layer chicken breeding project in Leqingdi Township, Yuexi County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, through the intelligent egg and poultry breeding system, realized intelligent control in the poultry house lighting, feeding, egg delivery, air circulation and other links. Manure treatment has achieved zero discharge of pollutants.
It is understood that the project included 32,282 poor households who had been relocated throughout the entire county of Viet Nam and included them in the assistance targets, and formulated a corresponding mechanism for connecting poverty and benefit. Every year, each relocation poor household can get 200 yuan of industrial poverty alleviation income from the project, and the income distribution period is five years.
According to Zhu Ming, the person in charge of the project, the project currently employs 30 poor households, and the proportion of poor households is more than 60%. Poor households working here have three kinds of benefits: one is dividend income; the other is normal wage income; the third is training income after industrial development.
