During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ informed the defendant Lao Rongzhi of the litigation rights according to law, interrogated the defendant Lao Rongzhi according to law, and listened to the opinions of the defender. The victim and his close relatives were informed in accordance with the law, and the parties in the incidental civil lawsuit have the right to appoint an agent ad litem, and heed the opinions of the victim and his close relatives.
