[Poverty Alleviation Story] Children in China’s last constructed village without roads go to school by car

On August 30th, the new semester of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province was about to start. Children from Abuloha Village, Zhaojue County, took a bus to go to school at the entrance of the village. Abuloha Village is the last organized village in China with no road access. Once students had to walk along the steep mountain road for more than 3 hours to get to the road to go to school. On June 30, 2020, with the continuous efforts of the builders, the "Jintong Project" rural passenger transport line was officially opened, and Abuloha Village ushered in a "car and road" dual connection.
