Group BTS and BTS made a new history of K-pop as they reached the top of the Billboard main single chart'Hot 100' for the first time among Korean singers.

Billboard Chart revealed that BTS''Dynamite' debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 latest chart.

Hot 100 is a chart that ranks the most popular songs in the U.S. every week, combining streaming history, sales volume, and number of radio broadcasts.

Earlier, in 2012, Psy's Gangnam Style ranked 2nd for 7 consecutive weeks, but it has never reached the top.

BTS's best performance was also ranked 4th by'ON', the title song of their 4th regular album released in February.

BTS recorded 1st place on the Meen album chart'Billboard 200' four times, but this time, it reached No. 1 with'Dynamite' in the Hot 100, and set a record dominating both the Billboard charts.

'Dynamite' is a digital single released by BST on the 21st, and is a disco pop genre song with a cheerful atmosphere.

In particular, for the first time since their debut, the members drew attention by digesting all the lyrics in English.

The Hot 100, which is the most popular song, is more competitive than the Billboard 200, which is influenced by the size of fans, and it is evaluated that it is relatively more difficult for non-English-speaking singers to rise to the high rankings.

'Dynamite' received great response right after it was released and set various new records.

After debuting as the first Korean singer on the'Global Top 50' chart of Spotify, the world's largest music streaming company, it remained in the top 3 for eight consecutive years.

In addition to Billboard, it also ranked 3rd on the UK Official Chart, one of the world's two largest pop charts.

Even at the Video Music Awards, hosted by MTV, she swept four categories including'Best Pop','Best K-Pop','Best Group', and'Best Choreography', proving that she is the best singer in the world.
