A vast epidemiological study "to describe the health and quality of life of the population", following the fire at the Lubrizol plant in September 2019 in Rouen, will be launched on Tuesday, Public Health France announced on Monday.

Carried out among 5,200 inhabitants of Seine-Maritime drawn by lot, the study, which will start on Tuesday, should make it possible to analyze the “perception of the fire” by the population and “the impact on their health”, specified the health agency in a press release.
