Why do people turn to social media to present their problems and complaints instead of resorting to the authorities directly concerned? Simply because they want to communicate their complaints or their needs to the decision-makers, especially since most of them do not have much confidence in the means available by government agencies to communicate complaints, and most importantly, they believe, and perhaps even certain, that presenting the problem on social media is the easiest, best and fastest way. To solve the problem, after it was proven to them in many cases!

This did happen, and many problems were solved after they were brought up by their owners on “social communication”. However, solving these problems caused other problems that may be greater. In recent times, community members resort to “social communication” to talk about their life problems, and in an unimaginable way. Accurate or incomplete, it is very natural for the complainant to show half of the truth, or even a quarter of it, to convey an incomplete and distorted image, and to spread negativity and resentment in society in general, in addition to presenting material offensive to the state, which is captured by haters and stalkers, and they use it negatively and badly. To harm the state!

The responsibility here rests on all parties. Government service authorities are required to open their doors wide to receive complaints and grievances seriously, and they must activate all electronic and traditional means to receive complaints and problems of all customers and citizens, and they must commit themselves to internal decisions to give each complaint the time and the appropriate way to summon its owner, and make sure of His right to obtain his request, then close the complaint, and this must be done through monitoring and follow-up.

If this procedure is carried out in the desired manner and manner, then it will inevitably be the official alternative that enjoys the confidence of the people, and makes them independent of resorting to the means of communication. Instead of the citizen recording a short video in which he talks about his problem, to broadcast it on “social media,” he will do the same thing, and he will send The video goes to the competent authority, if he definitely trusts that someone will watch it, follow up on its topic, and search for a solution to his problem!

Citizens also have a responsibility, because not every problem can be viewed on social media, and these means are not the appropriate place to raise social problems in such circumstances. The negatives of presenting the problem are much greater than the positives, and the involvement of parents and leaders in every small is an unacceptable method. And these problems remain solvable in the executive authorities, and the secretariat requires not to divide the truth, and not to hide aspects of it in order to appeal to the public opinion, and the balance between the public and private interest is very important, and there are hundreds of citizens who have many problems, but they are far from He raised it publicly, out of fear for the country's reputation, and out of love for the country's name.
